Contacting Well Travelled Amsterdam

Every booking and every question is handled in writing. That keeps the address, the hour and the length in one place where both sides can read them again, which is worth more than any telephone call.

A good first message holds five facts, each on its own line if that is easier:

  • Where you are staying: the hotel or street, plus the room number once you have it.
  • The date and the hour, given in Amsterdam time.
  • The length: an hour, ninety minutes, two hours, three, or the whole night.
  • A name from the roster, or a line describing the evening you would like.
  • Whether there are two of you, and whether you want one therapist or two.

The reply says who is free, what it costs and when she can arrive. Nothing is asked of you before that: no account, no form, and no card number entered on a page.

If your phone is still on home time

Travellers arriving from another continent often write with the phone still set to the time zone they left behind. Give the hour twice, once in Amsterdam time and once in your own, and nothing can be misread.

Questions before booking

Asking without booking is welcome, and many guests over fifty do exactly that before anything else. The questions page may already hold the answer, and the booking page shows the steps in their proper order.

For anything that needs a record

A complaint, a question about what is held about you, or a request under the privacy page goes by e-mail to contact@amsterdammassages.com.
